Returns & Exchanges

At Relaxo, we want you to feel as comfortable in our clothes as you do in your own skin, which is why we offer a 30-day window for easy returns and exchanges. All items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging with tags attached to be eligible for a refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack your items in the original shipping box and include the packing slip provided in your confirmation email.

• 3.
  Print and Attach Label

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, then affix it to the outside of your package over any old labels.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Leave your package at any authorized carrier drop-off location and keep your tracking receipt; your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days of receipt.
